‧派對主角必須為美國冒險樂園會會員.
‧The kid hosting the birthday party must be a member of Jumpin Gym USA Club.

‧最低消費以 10 位小朋友計算, 不足 10 位亦當 10 位計算. 陪同家長不另收費
‧Minimum number of participants: 10. Free of charge for parents and relatives.

‧每個派對均會收取加一服務費(以每位原價之基本收費計算).
‧Price of each party is subject to 10% service change.(base on the original basic package)

‧大型機動遊戲參加者必須符合及遵守有關遊戲守則.
‧Amusement game participants must comply with the play regulations of the games.

‧每個派對只可延長VIP房時間一小時,所需款項需連同訂金一併繳付.
‧The usage of the VIP rooms for each party can be extended to a maximum of one hour upon room availability.
    The additional rental fee should be paid together with the deposit.

‧若於黃埔分店舉行派對需同時延長兩間 VIP 房享用時間, 所需款項為每小時$600(星期一至五)或
     每30分鐘$800 (星期六、日及公眾期).
‧In the case, the extension charge of 2 VIP rooms in whampoa shop is $600(Weekdays)per hour or
    $800(Weekend & Public Holidays)per 30 minutes.

‧請填妥以下表格, 於舉辦日期前兩星期連同訂金(最低消費), 交回指定分店, 其餘款項必須於舉辦派對3日前繳付.
‧Please fill in the form below and send back to the designated shop with the deposit 2 weeks
    prior to the party date.
   The deposit should be no less than the minimum charge. Balance must be paid 3 days before the party date.

‧已預訂之生日派對恕不接受取消. 如欲將舉辦日期或時間延期(只接受原定之舉辦日期1個月內更改),
    必須於原定之舉辦日14天通知通知;  但若提早舉行, 則必須於擬更改之舉行日14天前通知.
    若擬更改之時間已給他人預訂,則必須按原定時間舉行派對.
‧Party cancellation is not acceptable. The party can be postponed within 1 month after the original
    designated dateand notification must be provided 14 days prior to the original party date. The party
    can also advanced with 14 days notification prior to the newly rescheduled date. However, if the requested
    date is already booked, the party must be held at the originally designated time period.

‧所有派對需依時舉行, 遲到者自誤及所有訂金均不獲發還.
‧All parties will begin at the scheduled time. All deposits are non-refundable.

‧所有費用只收取現金.
‧All fees must be paid in cash.

‧VIP房內不可飲用含酒精成份的飲料.
‧No alcoholic beverage is allowed in the VIP rooms.

‧如於派對當日早上 8:00 後仍然懸掛黑色暴雨警告訊號或八號風球或以上,則受影響之生日派對,
    將會安排於一個月內補辦.為方便安排,請儘早於三日內通知本分店職員, 所有訂金均不獲發還.
‧If the rainstorm warning "black" or typhoon signal no. 8 or above is hoisted after 8:00a.m. on the party date,
    the party will be postponed to another day within the following one month. Customer please contacts our staff
    to arrange another session within 3 days. No refund will be made under all circumstances.

‧本公司或會於派對中進行拍照、攝影及採訪，有關內容有可能用作日後之宣傳推廣。
‧Photo-taking, shooting & interview may be taken during the party. The related material may be used for future promotion.
